Plant Accountant - (Johnstown, OH)

Job Description Position overview: The Plant Accountant is responsible for all plant accounting functions with a strong emphasis on costing and inventory control. The Plant Accountant position interfaces daily with the Operations Manager(s) and production staff to support continuous improvement and develop business strategy. This position will ensure that accounting controls are maintained and that the plants financial objectives are understood by the operations staff. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Management and 3 (3) years related skills. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms excel, Ms word, Access, PowerPoint). Expertise to work autonomously. Min Requirements Manufacturing cost background (2:3yrs) preferred Cost analysis in a manufacturing/machining environment strongly preferred.
