Job overview Savin Engineers is seeking a Project Administrator with construction related office background in our Rochester, NY office. Duties include; Provide full administrative and overall management support by managing and facilitating the flow of details through all internal departments via meeting minutes, email, reports, minutes and verbal instructions Exceptional attention to detail Provide departmental support and perform related tasks required to start up, maintain, and close out projects in an organized, thorough, and timely manner Provide active assistance to the Program Director, Deputy Program Director Lead and support Project administrative tasks related to design, engineering and construction projects through the use of data, spreadsheets, databases, analytics, as well as documents and reports using Ms word, and/or InDesign software.
