Job summary Job Summary With guidance from the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the creating unique and engaging content, and coordinating production deadlines for social media campaigns. The Social Media Coordinator must have strong creative and professional writing skills and works with the marketing team to brainstorm and create initiatives to promote the Hay House brand, authors and products and grow the assigned social channels. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist Social Media Manager with social strategies and posting schedule and coordinates execution of plans. Consistently develop interesting and engaging social media posts and content with company brand and customers in mind. Foster community engagement and build relationships within social communities. Update and maintain social media editorial calendar. Assist in scheduling daily posts which include event announcements, special promotions or other content as assigned.
