The AVI Foodsystems operation at the University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH is now hiring an experienced baker to join our culinary team. We are currently seeking a Full time Morning Baker whose responsibilities include: * Create various fresh baked desserts for the dining locations and catered events * Prepare other food items as directed by General Manager or Chef * Set up product displays * Manage food inventory * Maintain a safe working environment * Encourage good customer relations through product promotion Qualifications: * Morning availability required from 6:30/7:00 am - 2:00/2:30 pm * 2+ years of bakery background * Strong work ethic * Good communication abilities * Exceptional food presentation skills * Expertise to maintain positive attitude * Culinary education preferred Benefits: AVI offers: *
