Dining Room Supervisor - (Alliance, OH)

The AVI Foodsystems operation at the University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH is now hiring a friendly, service-oriented person to join our culinary leadership team. We are currently seeking Full time Dining Supervisor whose responsibilities include: * Oversee front end production * Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers * Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs * Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns) * Follow all safety qualifications at accounts * Adhere to grooming and appearance standards * Perform any other duties as specified by management Qualifications: * Previous culinary/foodservice background required * Excellent customer service and communication abilities
