This role is based out of our Hunts Point, Bronx warehouse location. Job Summary Our commissary kitchen Prep Cooks are responsible for prepping food items for high volume commissary production. This includes but is not limited to washing, peeling, slicing vegetables and other items prepared in the kitchen.
