Citarellas Commissary Kitchen in Hunts Point, Bronx is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef join our culinary team This role is responsible for supporting the oversight of the pastry kitchen and driving high-quality daily production. Among many other essential responsibilities, the Pastry Sous Chef supports the daily activities including supervising and developing associates, assisting in menu development, management of inventory and purchasing of supplies, and supporting cost control related tasks for the department.
