Real Estate Attorney - (Florence, KY)

Gerner & Kearns, a real estate law firm, seeks an attorney with 3-five years of background in real estate transactions. The position will be focused on various aspects of industrial, commercial and residential real estate law to include preparation and review of real estate and loan documents; title exam and review and closing real estate transactions. Applicant must be licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and/or Kentucky. Maintain the qualifications for bar license by attending necessary continuing legal education courses with a study emphasis in real estate law. Prior background in transactional commercial and residential real estate law, deep understanding of all aspects of real estate title and closing laws and procedures and representation of banks. Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Expertise to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects without supervision.
