Shipping Clerk - (Pompano Beach, FL)

Volt is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. We are currently seeking a well qualified applicant with a min of 3-5 yrs of background in shipping and receiving. You will act as a floater in the warehouse and will work on the assembly line when needed. This is a full time opportunity from 7:00am-3:30PM. Responsibilities: * Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material * Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material * Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites * Arrange appropriate transportation of products * Label and meter packages with various freight systems * Assist customers with shipping inquiries * Inventory and cycle counting * Process order using computer software system * Perform other administrative duties as assigned * Some Assembly Requirements: * Must have 3-5 yrs of background in shipping, logistics
