Purpose of Job We are currently seeking talented Client Relationship Manager I for our San Antonio, TX facility. The Client Relationship Manager establishes and develops relationships with clients and key personnel (acquisition, retention and evolution of support lifecycle); fostering trust, commitment, accountability to ensure delivery of optimal results for the business areas. Serves as critical resource to internal and external business partners to advocate, influence and drive consensus building across organizational levels. Conducts business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services provided. Influences the design, implementation and management of business solutions for clients Enterprise:wide. Aligns area services and capabilities to client priorities and collaborates within internal and staff area partners to oversee the throughput of department work to ensure customer satisfaction and value to the Enterprise.
