Ensure appearance of model apartment & future apartment homes are acceptable for showing. Must possess a positive attitude and the expertise to smile under all circumstances. Excellent and effective written and spoken communication expertise. Mindfulness of "curb-appeal" in the community. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced atmosphere.
