Credit Union one is currently hiring for a full time Universal Banker / Member Solutions Specialist at our branch in Oak Lawn. Position Purpose: Provide exceptional financial service to members while enthusiastically promoting credit union products and services to improve members' financial well-being. Professionally represent Credit Union one providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service. Day-to-day tasks: Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Initiate conversations with members/prospective members and listen actively to identify, solicit and fulfill present and future financial and lending needs Actively promote products and services for accountability toward individual and team sales goals Build and maintain favorable member relations/relationships. Open new accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit and service existing accounts. Maintain knowledge of Credit Union one products and services
