Controller - (Green Bay, WI)

Due to an upcoming retirement we are seeking a Controller for our company. Applicant should have previous controller background in a construction or manufacturing field. Responsible for the entire financial aspects of the company, financial statements, banking relationship, bonding, insurance, all HR responsibilities to include employee benefit development, 401k review and work with CPA firm with year-end review and tax return filing. Should have multi-state sales and use tax background as we work in multiple states throughout the US. Salary is dependent upon background with generous benefits and a super annual 401k match. IT responsibilities included as well. Annual salary does not include significant bonus if company has a profitable year.
