Level I it Technician/Consultant - (Redlands, CA)

Position details Job Description Applicant will work in the CO tech team supporting small business networks in 5:500 user environments. Assignments include network support, migrations, upgrades, onsite support etc. Applicant should be experienced, confident and able self:manage a busy schedule but still work well in a team environment. General Requirements :Min 1 yr of IT background or generally recognized as a strong Level I. :Effective time management and management expertise :Strong verbal and written correspondence abilities at the technical level :Excellent analytical, problem:solving, and creative thinking skills :Must be energetic, creative, and self:motivated :Expertise to coordinate people and technical resources from multiple areas of the company :Must be comfortable and show confidence in his/her abilities when speaking to clients. :Must have a valid drivers license along with an insured, inspected and registered automobile. Applicant will use his or her own vehicle (mileage payback available).
