Assistant Manager - (Wisconsin Rapids, WI)

We are looking for a Marsh Manager or Assistant Manager, based on background, to run our Wisconsin Rapids operation. This person will be responsible for monitoring, caring for, and harvesting the Cranberry Crop in that area. They will communicate and coordinate with District Managers and our Cold Storage and Trucking entities to make sure harvest of the crop is a success. Responsibilities: • Monitor crop during weather changes. • Properly manage the crop at each interval. • Hire and manage harvest labor. • Maintain properties in the territory. • Properly care for and maintain all equipment and maintenance. Requirements: • Cranberry background is preferred; however, willing to interview individuals with other agricultural background. • Solid communication abilities and attention to detail.
