Controller Cfo - (Marshfield, WI)

Badger State Fruit Processing, along with the other Gardner Companies, is seeking a Controller/CFO for their corporate office in Pittsville, WI. Within the Gardner entities, the company harvests cranberries, operates cold storage facilities, manufactures cranberry products, and runs their own trucking operation. The Controller/CFO would be responsible for overseeing the Accounting Department as well as HR and IT if able. This person would work to increase financial reporting throughout the organization, work with the banks and accounting relationships to manage funding and taxes, as well as with production managers to improve efficiency and capital planning. Ideally this person would also ensure that HR policies and procedures are being followed and that IT projects are managed well. Responsibilities: • Ensure all accounting and financials are accurate and timely. • Ensure that all tax audits and reporting are timely and accurate. • Work with banking institutions to align funding and deposit needs.
