Job Ad Template OU.LOCATION The EW and Integrated Solutions (EIS) Finance Team in Lansdale, PAis seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning and Analysis(FP and A) Manager. This job requires an individual who can establish processes todrive accuracy and efficiency into all FP and A activities anddeliverables for each of the EIS Product Line. This positionrequires strong issue solving skills including: the ability tounderstand forecast trends and make recommendations, identify anddrive resolution of balance sheet issues (inventory, unbilled,aging), and analyze name run data to ensure accuracy and compliance. This job mandates proactive leadership and significantinteraction with Product Line (PL) Directors, PL Finance Lead, PLFP and A Analysts, and Program Controls Analysts of varying levelsand the EIS Finance Director.
