Job overview Our Omaha office is seeking a Natural and Cultural Resources Senior Scientist to join our Team The position will provide leadership and guidance to ensure quality and growth within local Natural and Cultural Resources (NCR) services, oversee projects and personnel for NCR efforts within the local Environmental Department. They will act as a primary local point of contact and provide support for Regional and National NCR endeavors. They will provide review of deliverables to ensure quality in accordance with workplace standards and policies, provide leadership to marketing efforts, maintain existing and develop new client relationships, prepare proposals, cost estimates, and reports, and train, mentor and direct field staff, project professionals, and scientists. They will directly manage projects to ensure that clients receive high-quality technical and engineering services, timely and complete reports and full satisfaction.
