Quality Control Manager - (Leola, PA)

Dart Container in the Leola / Lancaster PA area is looking for an experienced Quality Manager. This position develops and ensures the implementation of the quality system for the entire facility. The Quality manager partners with Manufacturing to assist teams in the identification of root causes and the implementation of effective corrective actions to reduce instances of nonconforming materials and customer complaints. This position will be a member of the facilities leadership team and ensure product quality meets all customer expectations andeffectively take action when non:conformances are found.Responsible for product quality, safety and legality.
