Product Change Associate - West Chester - (West Chester, PA)

Product Change Associate Product Change Associate is responsible for reviewing product changes, identifying issues with change requests regarding product structure and product cost. Product Change Associate will work side by side with Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Product Change Order (PCO) Review Team to analyze and make Go-or-No Go decision. Additional assignments include cross department coordination utilizing engineering input and resources effectively, tracking financial impact of changes, plan potential engineering change in a systematic way. Manage small scope product development process while tracking changes through a product development process. Review change request, collect necessary details from change request source to identify problem and issues clearly for both domestic production and sourced products/components. Guide the ECR review approval process promptly; understand concerns from all review participants.
