Customer Service Coordinator- Atlanta West The National Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for responding to, assigning and tracking all customer service and warranty-related communications for all regions of Wade Jurney Homes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Ensure that established procedures are followed for homeowner calls and written repair requestsEstablish protocols to assure that all details and communications are shared with the Regions and Divisions a timely and efficient mannerDevelop and maintain a list of FAQs asked by homeowners along with recommended responsesMaintain positive homeowner relations; provide homeowner with knowledgeable, timely and professional response to telephone, chat and email inquiriesMonitor trends in warranty service requests.
