Production Engineer - (Monroe, GA)

Kelly Engineering is currently recruiting for a (Direct Hire) (Production Engineer) job located in Monroe, GA. The primary responsibility of the Production Engineer is to develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. Additionally, the Production Engineer recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls. The Production Engineer may also coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products. Chief Duties and/or Responsibilities: Performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment. Prepares and maintains detailed layouts of buildings and equipment. Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training teammates and evaluating results. Create manning plans based on volume forecasts for new programs.
