Mental Health Family Practitioner - (Marshall, MN)

Our clinic is expanding! We are adding Mental Health Practitioners to provide skills, targeted case management services and care coordination services for our growing clinic. Individuals must have background working with individuals with mental health issues. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team. Work will be community based with travel in local area. An agency vehicle will be provided. Care coordination services will be provided in the office. A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or a related filed is recommended.
