Human Resources Accounting Specialist - (Broken Arrow, OK)

POSITION DETAILS: This position is responsible for accounting and human resource administrative functions required for financial management and compliance to all applicable laws. This position reports to the Manager HR. POSITION ASSIGNMENTS: * Pay Aflac, UMR, Guardian, Assurant and Legal Shield bills monthly. * Reconcile Aflac, UMR, Guardian, Assurant and Legal Shield bills monthly; consisting of research and corrections with carriers and employees' deductions. * Update Bi-Weekly spreadsheets for Life, LTD COHCC for year-end processing of w-2's. * Update 401k ER Match, deferrals and Roth bi-weekly spreadsheets for year-end processing of w-2's, and also used for 401k audits and testing. * 401k testing- A four week process consisting of matching the ER match, referral and Roth to year-end payment submitted to Fidelity. * 401k audit- A 4-6 week process consisting of matching the ER match, deferral and Roth to year-end Zeeco Financials. Also pulling employee files and sending documentation to auditors.
