Summary/Objective: To assume overall responsibility of restaurant operations in general manager'sabsence. Build store profitability by following established procedures. Operate and ensure compliancewith prescribed policies and practices. Assist with the recruitment and training of restaurant employees.Participate in building brand image in the local community.
