Senior Office Coordinator - (Gainesville, GA)

JOB DETAILS: In addition to OC duties, the Senior OC is responsible for participating in the training and serving as a resource to 2 to five assigned clinics and the respective OCs. The SOC will work collaboratively with the Revenue Cycle Liaison to roll out new process and updates for the OCs in their assigned clinics. In the home clinic, the Senior OC is responsible for maintaining a pleasant and consistent flow in the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with fellow employees, physician offices, patients and insurance companies, and efficiently handling all tasks related to claims and financial submissions.
