Auto Claims Specialist - (York, PA)

Full time technical position involves the direct handling of commercial auto BI and UM-UIM claims for our national product offerings comprised of: public entities including schools, municipalities and police departments; emergency service organizations; commercial ambulance; religious organizations; and hospice/home health organizations. This position will require the investigation, evaluation and resolution of high exposure claims, litigated and non-litigated. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret contracts and complex coverage issues and issue coverage letters; direct/plan/organize daily efforts in order to conduct timely and thorough investigations; effectively manage counsel and the litigation process. Some travel required. This position may be filled in our York, PA or Stockton, CA office.Min ten years handling high exposure and litigated claims. Bachelor?s degree or equivalent transferrable industry background.
