Audio Visual Engineer - (Rochester, NY)

Position overview: The Audio Visual Engineer will provide deployment and implementation services of various video, audio and web collaborations systems working with other vendors to ensure excellent service and timely implementation. Summary of Essential Position assignments: Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot collaboration system solutions per statement of work. Provide on-site management of implementation resources/sub-contractors Act as the liaison between SMP and our A/V Field Engineering Partners to ensure a seamless background for our customers Provide customer-facing end-user training & develop respective collateral Perform delivery of assessments and other consulting engagements. Meet with colleagues, managers and account managers regarding account status, ongoing issues and opportunities. Identify and escalate business and technical opportunities as appropriate. Maintain a high-level of professionalism with customers, vendors and staff.
