Engineer (HVAC) - (Rohnert Park, CA)

FULL TIME POSITION MUST BE AT LEAST 21 yearS OF AGE Job overview: This position exists for the effective overall operation of the Maintenance Department, in meeting the 24-hour demands of a successful casino operation. Position purpose is to respond to position duties in the repairing, installation, and preventive maintenance of all commercial HVAC, heating, refrigeration, and other building infrastructure equipment as directed. Performs HVAC repairs without assistance to heating and a/c systems and/or components (e.g. pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, boilers, refrigerators, piping, etc.) Must be proficient ("Journeyman" level) in 2 building trades including HVAC-R or demonstrate "Master" level in the HVAC-R trade. Required functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Exemplary Service Standards at all times. Expertise to communicate effectively with Guests, Teammates and Management in both written and verbal form.
