You are responsible for* Releasing work orders to the production floor and maintain accuracy of Work-in-Process inventory* Ensuring availability of materials to meet production qualifications and delivery commitments.* Revising schedules based on customer need, material, and capacity.* Promptly responding to concerns, issues, and suggestions and acts to ensure positive employee relations.* Identifying manufacturing constraints and works with operations team to reduce processing times.* Know and follow the company's human resources policies and procedures. Adheres to applicable employment laws.* Exemplify and foster teamwork within the company.
