Project Manager, Applications Responsibilities Key responsibilities for role include: Lead collaboration with business customers to define/refine project scope and objectives Lead project team to achieve scope, schedule, and budget qualifications and overall value realization. Hold project teammates accountable to schedule and deliverables. Develop, coordinate and publish project status reports Manage detailed resource planning, budgeting, cost estimating, and cost control. Track lessons learned and manage best practices. Ensure compliance with PMO delivery qualifications and procedures. Track, manage and lead risk management planning, identification, qualitative/quantitative analysis, risk response planning, monitoring and control.
