Position:----894-Communications Lead Type:----Full-time Location:----Dayton, Ohio FTI is currently seeking a Communications Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated communication strategy that includes recruiting, public relations, and social media along with internal communications to drive engagement and employee satisfaction.-- Within our fast-paced environment, this person will use their understanding and knowledge of branding and marketing to generate applicant interest, develop internal communication practices to help facilitate change management and employee engagement. --This person will work with our internal support functions and leadership team to develop compelling narratives, presentations, and internal stakeholder communications across multiple channels.-- This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
