Rosemount™ Measurement & Analytical, a business unit of Emerson Automation Solutions, is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner at our Shakopee, MN location. Rosemount™ is a signature brand of Emerson, offering a comprehensive line of measurement instrumentation, analyzers and systems which are used in a broad range of applications found in critical processing facilities such as refineries, chemical plants, power plants, pipelines, and more. Description This position may involve staffing, employee relations, training, benefits and other Human Resources duties as assigned. Responsibilities * Provides full service human resources support for assigned groups. Establishes relationships with key managers and learns key business issues of assigned groups. * Manages the staffing process for assigned groups by ensuring the best qualified candidate is hired for each opening, consistent assessment processes are applied and appropriate affirmative action is taken.
