Human Resources Business Partner - (Dublin, OH)
This is a strategic Business Partner role that provides direction, consultation, and leadership in support of the operational and business strategies of Stanley Steemer Int'l, Inc. The incumbent will build partnerships with key stakeholders in the business and identify and implement strategic human capital solutions that support the current and future needs of the business. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for ensuring the HR strategy is implemented across each assigned business unit with clear integration and support to the overall business strategy. The HRBP is the strategic partner in implementing initiatives related to attracting, developing and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.
