Sr Rep HR Service Center - (Mooresville, NC)
Position details PURPOSE FOR THE ROLE The 1st point of contact for an employee or manager calling the HR Service Center (HRSC). Answers general questions regarding portal navigation and HR/Payroll policies and procedures, referring to an on-line knowledge base for details and guidance. Perform administrative tasks in support of service center processes. Uses a case management tool for tracking requests and may transfer or escalate them to other service center parties if the issue cannot be resolved within the Employee Service Center. The senior HR representative position will also serve as a mentor for the HR representative position with regards to system knowledge and HR practices and regulations as related to the processing of HR transactions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a 1st point-of-contact through telephonic, electronic (email, text, chat), or paper-based interaction channels for current and former Lowe's employees, regarding questions related to portal navigation and HR/ Payroll policies and procedures.
