Senior Medical Recruiter and Credentialing Specialist - (Orlando, FL)

Overview Responsible for delivering entry-level to executive level candidates into the workforce, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, in accordance with Katmai's hiring strategy. The Medical Recruiter and Credentialing Specialist will perform full life cycling recruiting and credentialing while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, customers, and the community at large. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Conduct recruitment trips, job fairs, career days, and other recruiting activities, as required and requested. Stay current with knowledge of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. Create job descriptions as required and needed.
