Overview Bio-Rad is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support global supply chain and logistics in its Quality Systems Division (QSD) in Irvine. This position will support a dynamic group of managers and individuals in a growing Division. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders in developing plans that optimize organizational design, business planning and employee development & engagement Play a key role in selecting and developing next generation leaders Guide, counsel and administer the performance management process from goal setting to reviews Provide guidance on compensation decisions Investigate complaints including disciplinary actions, employee complaints, and employee relations. Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution.
