Legal Counsel - (Stockholm, ME)

Company Overview LEGAL COUNSEL SAS Institute Sweden is searching for a Legal Counsel to work in our Solna office In this role you will work as a part of the Nordic legal team supporting Swedish operations of the company by providing legal advice, assistance and oversight. You will independently perform a range of legal services and maintain a diverse caseload from basic to complex legal matters. The primary focus is on software licensing and the provision of consulting services. Key responsibilities: Manage legal business matters pertaining to the company, regional offices and subsidiaries as assigned. Provide legal advice and oversight for basic to complex legal matters affecting the company. Lead contractual negotiations. Provide a variety of general corporate and/or commercial legal services to in-house clients in a responsible and ethical manner. Conduct legal research. Review and prepare memoranda and other written guidance in order to advise the company on appropriate legal action.
