We are looking for a customer service and team-orientated Personal Banker to join our team This team player will process transactions and provide account servicing for bank customers. Personal Banker Responsibilities: Proactively engages with customers as they enter the branch to welcome them and determine what bought them in and the best way to serve them. Provides exceptional service to customers in accordance with established standards in every customer interaction; strives to ensure customer satisfaction and provides timely follow up as needed. Retains and deepens existing customer relationships during every interaction by cross selling products and services that would enhance the customer's banking background. Processes transactions and provides account servicing for customers in accordance with established procedures and performance standards. Achieves all team and individual sales and service goals.
