Healthcare background strongly preferred. Expert Microsoft office background; especially Ms excel. Knowledge of leading practices and external trends in compensation, Total Rewards and HR technology systemsDemonstrated work experience and expertise to lead and managing a successful Compensation function, designing and developing compensation strategies and plansKnowledge of the legal environment of compensation at National, State and Local levels.
