Lead Reimbursement Coordinator - (Frisco, TX)

Under the general supervision of the Reimbursement Supervisor / Manager, is responsible for the timely and accurate payment posting of accounts receivables including but not limited to commercial, PBM, Drug Manufacturer programs and government payers. Possess strong accurate data entry skills Knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle Management Reports any reimbursement trends/delays to Supervisor. Post all payments, adjustments, zero remits and/or payment corrections in a timely manner. Print batch reports and balance cash batches posted daily. Background in identifying, reconciling and posting forwarding balances received from payers. Review and reconcile unapplied payments. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Meet and/or exceed daily/weekly/monthly/yearly goals. Assist with special projects. Maintains confidentiality in regards to patient account status and the financial affairs of pharmacy.
