Global Email Solutions Architect - (Richfield, MN)

The Marketing Technology and Operations team based at the Best Buy Corporate Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota is looking for an Email Solutions Architect to join the team and help support our Global efforts. In collaboration with the Best Buy Marketing Team in Mexico City, Mexico we will be expanding our CRM Communication Capabilities to support the build, execution and deployment of customer facing communications. This will include both Transactional and Marketing emails in support of the Best Buy Mexico business. A day in the life of this role includes: understanding and gathering the technical communication requirements from colleagues in Mexico City, coding and creating emails in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Platform, testing the email code, validating the data matches the segmentation criteria, deploying the emails to customers, optimizing operational process improvements, while having FUN and Making a Difference in the building relationships with our customers.
