POSITION TITLE: SAFETY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR Department: Safety Position Number: E9S005 (E905) Division: Corporate Services FLSA Status: Exempt Supervisor's Title: Director, Corporate Services Location: North Fort Myers, FL Work hours: M-F, 8:00 to 5:00pm Position details: The Safety Program Administrator is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and communicating a comprehensive and effective safety program educating employees and minimizing occupational accidents and illnesses. Additionally, this position ensures a workplace atmosphere free of recognized hazards while meeting federal, state and local EH&S regulations to include, but not limited to, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT). This position is also responsible for maintaining required records, preparing and compiling compliance reports, and documenting best practices.
