USA - NC, Gastonia - ReStore Manager Gaston County Habitat for Humanity in North Carolina is looking to hire a dynamic ReStore Manager to join our team This position will manage the overall operations and performance of the Habitat Gaston ReStore including maximizing revenue while minimizing expenses so the Habitat Gaston ReStore's net revenues aid in building more Habitat houses. Provide leadership and motivation to staff and volunteers toward achieving the Habitat Gaston ReStore Mission and providing an excellent donor and customer service background. Position responsibilities: At least 5 years of background in retail management Out-going personality, easily able to meet and have conversations with new people of diverse backgrounds and positions of authority Expertise to use multi-line phone system, cash register/POS system, and general office equipment Computer knowledge that includes Ms office Expertise to learn new computer programs as needed Be friendly, self-motivated, enthusiastic
