ANALYST - FINANCIAL PLANNING Cabazon, CA Description: ANALYST - FINANCIAL PLANNING JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Planning Analyst will assist in analyzing any and all facets of business at Morongo Casino Resort Spa ("MCRS") and assist in the property-wide financial, budget and workforce planning and analysis function. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in performing analysis of marketing promotions in terms of budget versus actual. Provides details, reports and analytics performance measurement as instructed by Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Assists the Financial Planning & Analysis manager in the development of the budget, planning, and other financial requirements. Ensures the integrity and accuracy of data presented. Works closely with Marketing and Operations to monitor and improve financial performance. Ad hoc reports as needed or requested by Finance department leadership.
