Existing Building MEP Specialist - East - (New York, NY)

Job details Summary: Currently seeking an MEP specialist who will work directly with the East Facilities team, HQ MEP team, as well as outside consultants (MEP, Architectural, etc.), building personnel, and contractors to deliver subject matter ability and retro-commissioning projects, as well as advise on system upgrades to the Capital Improvement teams for our fleet of locations. As WeWork buildings begin to age, it's imperative that we keep our mechanical systems in pristine condition and operating optimally. The role will involve troubleshooting deficiencies and problem buildings with the regional Facilities Managers in MEP equipment and systems that serve the WeWork spaces, and aid in developing project scopes associated with bringing systems and conditions up to WeWork standard and/or local code requirements. You will then collaborate together with the territory teams and external consultants/contractors to manage bringing systems up to full function in existing facilities.
