Maintenance Supervisor - (Rock Hill, SC)

Position duties Manages the Maintenance Department by daily supervising work, planning work schedules, supporting capital projects, and maintaining computerized maintenance management system. Also provides technical support by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing personnel. The supervisor must carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable safety requirements. Directly accomplishes maintenance objectives by supervising, coaching, counseling and disciplining all employees in the Maintenance Department. by effectively communicating job expectations and company policies and procedures Provides technical support by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing personnel Manages departments expertise to successfully meet maintenance operational standards Schedules target dates by implementing preventative maintenance plans for systems and equipment Schedules the restoration/repair/replacement of inoperative components and parts.
