JOB TITLE: Utility Equipment Outfitters (UEO) Buyer/Planner DEPARTMENT: Utility Equipment Outfitters STATUS: Full time REPORTS TO : UEO Purchasing Manager JOB OVERVIEW The position of UEO Buyer/Planner will report directly to the UEO Purchasing Manager and will work cooperatively with other members of UEO team. The UEO Buyer will be responsible for creating purchase orders for sales orders and stock inventory. This individual will communicate daily with UEO teammates as well as the UEO Purchasing Manager. Critical responsibilities & Qualifications: Responsibilities Create PO's to Vendors for Sales Orders. Create PO's to Vendors for Warehouse Stock. Setup new parts numbers in MAS. Establish and maintain MINIMUM/MAX quantities in MAS. Transfer stock between warehouses. Qualifications Expertise to learn the UEO product line and OEM sourcing channels. The individual in this position will frequently communicate with other UEO members on order status and lead times. Must be able to maintain accurate records.
