TELLER I - FLOATING #EV119 Location: Roanoke, VA Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 Type: Banking Hours: Monday - Friday - 9:30-6:15 and Saturdays 8:45-1:15 (off on Sundays and 1 day during the week) POSITION OVERVIEW To assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receives and accurately processes basic member financial transactions. * Provides details to members on features and benefits of credit union products and services and makes cross-selling referrals to the appropriate department or associate. * Balances cash drawer and daily transactions, performs authorized data changes on member accounts. * Travels between all locations in the Credit Union on an as-needed basis to supplement branch staffing and/or to assist with back-office functions. * Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, replenishing supplies and maintaining lobby appearance. * Performs other duties as assigned.
