The Executive Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator for Almost Home Kids provides administrative support to leaders and staff of Almost Home Kids. Manages the leaders' calendars, schedules appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts and makes travel arrangements. Coordinates administrative support for volunteer and donor details. Provides general clerical support such record keeping, answering/routing calls, writing documents and creating presentations. Manages projects as assigned. Prioritizes work with minimal supervision. Demonstrates a high-level of competence and professionalism including good written and spoken communication abilities. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: High-school degree or equivalent. two or more years of administrative assistant or department secretary background Intermediate level in Microsoft word, Ms excel and PowerPoint Proficient with email and calendaring systems Exceptional reading, writing, and grammar skills to facilitate proofing and editing documents and correspondence.
